State Rep. Kristina Daley Roegner (R-Hudson) was sworn in Jan. 7 as a member of the Ohio House of Representatives for the 130th General Assembly. She represents the 37th Ohio House District, which includes portions of central and northeast Summit County.
"I consider it both a tremendous honor and privilege to serve as a state representative," Roegner said. "The fact that the people of the 37th House district elected me to represent them in Columbus is a responsibility I take very seriously. I am looking forward to working in my second term as a member of the 130th General Assembly to continue to strengthen our Buckeye State."
Roegner previously served as a member of Hudson City Council and as a member of the board of directors at Seton Catholic School and Leadership Hudson. She worked as a management consultant at McKinsey and Co. and as a field engineer and project manager for Westinghouse Power Generation Service Division.
Roegner earned her bachelor of science degree in mechanical engineering from Tufts University and her master of business administration degree from the Wharton School of Business. She and her husband have three daughters and reside in Hudson.
