Western Reserve Community Band to perform holiday favorites

The Western Reserve Community Band will present its annual Christmas Concert Dec. 16 at 4 p.m. in the Fellowship Hall of the First Congregational Church of Hudson, 47 Aurora St. This year's concert theme is Sounds of the Season featuring traditional, classical and contemporary arrangements of holiday songs. The concert is free and open to the community.

The band, conducted by Ralph Meyer, will include a variety of Christmas favorites including: "Angels We Have Heard On High," "A Christmas Festival," "A European Christmas," "Have Yourself a Merry Little Christmas," "Nightmare Before Christmas," "An Irving Berlin Christmas," "How The Grinch Stole Christmas," "Christmas from the '50s, "A Christmas Fantasy," "Blue Christmas," Traditional Czech Rocking Carol, "The Twelve Days of Christmas," a Christmas Sing-Along and "Sleigh Ride."
