City Council will have a special meeting Dec. 11 at 6 p.m. Council will go into executive session to discuss imminent litigation. The city would not elaborate on the litigation.
At 6:15 Council will convene for a public meeting to discuss the 2013 budget. This meeting replaces the one canceled Dec. 6.
The Council workshop scheduled for Dec. 11 has been canceled. Any discussion of agenda items will take place Dec. 19 at 7:30 p.m. when Council has its regular meeting. Prior to the Dec. 19 Council meeting at 7 p.m. the Volunteer Firefighters' Dependent Fund Board will meet.
