I hiked three miles to Blue Hen Falls in the Cuyahoga Valley National Park a couple weeks ago. It was research for an article I'm working on about winter hiking opportunities in the national park. I headed out with Park Ranger Brady Bourquin who explained how the park went from a National Recreation Area in the 1970s to a National Park in 2000. It is the third most visited National Park in the country.

Now I can't give away all the juicy details, so you'll just have to wait until Jan. 27 to read all about it. In the meantime, check out these sights. Not bad for a day's work.
