The Peninsula Area Chamber of Commerce, in partnership with the Cuyahoga Valley National Park, is sponsoring its Fifth Annual Plein Air Competition.
In 1913, a massive flood engulfed the Valley and destroyed the Ohio and Erie Canal. This year's event, which will commemorate the flood of 1913, will take place in and around the Village of Peninsula and the Cuyahoga Valley National Park.
