Rocket on over to the Hudson Library for Family Space Day June 17 between 10 a.m. and 4 p.m. Enjoy hands-on activities and crafts throughout the day, and don't miss our special guest, NASA's Aimee Crane, at 10:30 in the Flood Family Meeting Room.

Aimee Crane is an information designer and visual communication strategist for the NASA Orion Communications team. Orion, America's next generation spacecraft, will allow us to send humans to Mars in our lifetime, helping us to answer some of humanity's fundamental questions about life beyond Earth.

A 2009 BFA graduate and 2012 MFA graduate of Kent State University's Visual Communication Design program, Aimee enjoys combining her love for art and design with science and technology. As a huge space and science advocate, Aimee is passionate about sharing Orion's human space exploration story through visual communication and storytelling, striving to inspire millennials across the nation.
