Learn how to find grant resources and identify potential funders at a training session on June 14 at 10 a.m. at the Hudson Library & Historical Society.
The workshop will offer tips and suggestions on how best to identify funding sources for non-profit organizations and highlight the electronic resources available for free at the Library.
The workshop will include a demonstration of Foundation Directory Online, the Foundation Center's premier searchable database that provides information on more than 110,000 grant makers and more than 3 million grant records. In recent months, FDO has added new features and changed the interface of the database.
The Hudson Library & Historical Society is a Funding Information Network partner with the Foundation Center of New York. Located throughout the country and around the world, Funding Information Network (FIN) partners offer free access to the Foundation Center's detailed information on grant makers and applying for grants.
