5 Things To Do in Hudson the week of May 10

Published: May 10, 2017 12:00 AM

Here are some events to check out in Hudson and the surrounding communities. If you have an event you would like to submit, send your name, with a phone number and info about the event to hudsonhubtimes@recordpub.com.

1) Free Reflective Mailbox Numbers for Seniors

If Hudson's safety forces can't find you, they can't help. Many mailbox numbers in Hudson are unreadable, not reflective, or are completely missing. This makes it difficult for Hudson safety forces to find the location where they are needed in a timely manner, especially in the dark. EMS Outreach of Hudson, with the support of ACE Hardware, is offering free reflective mailbox numbers to senior Hudson residents on Saturday, May 13 from 10 a.m. to 3 p.m. in front of ACE Hardware on Darrow Road.

Can't make it Saturday? Reflective mailbox numbers for seniors are always available at the Hudson Safety Center, 40 S. Oviatt Street, between 8 a.m. and 4:30 p.m. Monday through Friday.
