Hudson's Cub Scout Pack 3322 is holding two events this May where families with boys in grades kindergarten through fourth grade are invited to learn more about Cub Scouting.

On May 8 Pack 3322 will host an open house from 6 to 8 p.m. at the Evamere Elementary School multipurpose room. Families interested in Cub Scouting are encouraged to stop by anytime during the 2-hour window to ask questions and learn more about the Pack's activities. Both adult leaders and active Cub Scouts will be on hand to greet families.

On May 13 the Pack will host a picnic and campfire program at Hudson Springs Park where interested families can experience Scouting first-hand. The picnic and campfire runs from early afternoon through late evening. Interested families are welcome to attend as their schedules allow. Planned activities include canoeing, hiking, a fishing derby, and s'mores, songs, and skits around the campfire.

"Spring is a great time to come learn about Cub Scouting. Interested boys who choose to sign up can participate in our summer activities, including summer camp, campouts, bike rides, and more." states Cubmaster Jason Katz.

More information for both events is available at www.pack3322.com.
