The GriefCare Place offers support groups that give those grieving the loss of a loved one by death the understanding of the grief process and encourages them that healing will come. All grief support groups are at no cost.
All groups will meet at The GriefCare Place at 4499 Darrow Road in Stow in the same building as Attentive Home Health Services and Western Reserve Foot Clinic – entrance in rear.

Individual counseling is provided by a licensed professional therapist in affiliation with Moriah Counseling & Consulting. Clients are seen on Wednesday’s at the GriefCare Place by appointment only.

UNTIL HEALING COMES — This group is the foundational progressive program for any adult who has experienced the death of a loved one. This group will meet on May 2 at 7 p.m. and is led by Lou-Ann Redmon.
Spring is around the corner so save the date for the 15th Blooming Brunch on May 6 at the Silver Lake Country Club. The guest speaker will be Kim Hone McMahan former columnist and staff writer for the Akron Beacon Journal.
The “Good Grief Golf Outing” will be on June 16.
