The GriefCare Place, serving grievers from 66 communities in Northeast Ohio, has been committed since 1997 to bring hope and healing to broken hearts caused by the death of a loved one. Call the office for further information. All grief support groups are at no cost.

WIDOWED MEN’S GROUP — This group is designed for men who have experienced the death of a spouse. This group will meet on April 10 at 7 p.m. Led by Mike Farmer.
BEREAVED PARENTS’ GROUP — This group is designed specifically for parents who have experienced the death of a child. This group will meet on April 12 at 7 p.m. Led by Chris Campo who has experienced the loss of a child and understands what the grief experience is like for parents.
SPRING KIDS’ TIME will take place for six consecutive Mondays through May 8. This camp is for children ages 6-12 who have experienced a significant loss, such as that of a parent, grandparent or sibling. Through fun activities incorporating art, music, books & play, children will learn about and explore their grief with similar-aged peers who have had related experiences.
This will help children discover feelings, memories and coping techniques for grief. They will gain tools for managing and effectively expressing grief in their everyday lives. BLOOMING BRUNCH: Spring is around the corner so Save the Date for the 15th Blooming Brunch on May 6 at the Silver Lake Country Club.
