HUDSON--Friends of Hudson Parks will host Mike Johnson, Chief of Natural Resource Management at Summit Metro Parks, to discuss the coyotes that live among us in Northeast Ohio. Mike will talk about coyote behavior and the tracking techniques used by Summit Metro Parks.

The event, which is open to the public, will take place April 6 at 7 p.m., at the Ellsworth Meadows Clubhouse, 1101 Barlow Road.

Friends of Hudson Parks' previous educational activities have been designed for younger children. However, "This is a program that adults and the entire family can enjoy," says Friends' vice president Rhonda Kadish.

Friends of Hudson Parks is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization which actively supports the mission of the Hudson Parks through volunteerism, advocacy, promotion and fund raising. The group's activities are made possible in part through the "Best Friends" annual sponsorship by Hudson Preschool Parents.
