The Woman's Club of Hudson will present Representative Kristina Roegner speaking on "What a State Representative's Duties Entail" on Feb. 6 at 1 p.m. at the Holy Trinity Anglican Church.

State Representative Kristina Roegner is serving her fourth term in the Ohio House of Representatives.

She represents the 37th Ohio House District, which includes portions of northeastern Summit County. Graduating cum laude in 1990, Roegner has a bachelor's of science in mechanical engineering from Tufts University and her masters in business administration from the Wharton School of Business.

Roegner served as an elected member of Hudson City Council from 2005-2010. As part of the Budget Reduction Ad-hoc committee, she helped to lead Hudson City Council in 2006 to reduce the budgeted city spending and size of government. She was also a member of the board of directors at Seton Catholic School and Leadership Hudson class of 2007. Come and hear this interesting presentation.

The club will also collect donations for Hudson Community Service Food Pantry. The suggested item for this month is canned fruit, however all donations are always appreciated.
