Join Zydeco Bistro's Chef Johnny Schulze for a Cajun and Creole food demonstration at the Hudson Library & Historical Society on Oct. 17 at 6:30 p.m.
The menu will include Cajun Poulet and Andouille Jambalaya and Dirty rice, smoked sausage, chicken thigh, peppers, onions, celery, garlic and herbs and spices.
Chef Johnny is an award-winning New Orleans trained chef with 25 years of professional experience in his native Louisiana as well as training in northern Italian and classical French cuisines. His mobile restaurant, Zydeco Bistro, is a staple at festivals throughout the area bringing authentic Louisiana cooking to the Great Lakes.
