Teens often write average college essays--essays about "life lessons learned from football" or "how my trip to Europe broadened my cultural horizons." Better tales are there for the writing.
The Hudson Library & Historical Society is How to Write a Great College Admissions Essay on Oct. 23 at 12:30 p.m.
This workshop will show what admissions officers really look for in great college essays, and offer suggestions for finding and sharing the best stories. Collegewise, along with the Princeton Review, will help students develop essays that make a difference.
