I came from NJ to Ohio to pick up a generator as I was impacted by Hurricane Sandy. I brought the generator for servicing to Randy at Mower Tech on Ravenna Road in Twinsburg. My angel "Randy" not only cleaned tuned and made the generator like new, but he refused to take a dime. He insisted and said "don't insult me" after I cried and thanked him for being so kind I agreed to pay it forward. I will make sure that the friends of mine who have lost their homes will in some way benefit from the incredible kindness of Randy. I wanted to thank him, and make sure that everyone in the local area is sure to use Mower Tech for all of their motor servicing needs including, snow blowers, tillers mowers, weedeaters, tractors, chainsaws and of course generators.
