HUDSON, OHIO - The Impact Group (IGPR) recently welcomed Samantha Booth to the team as an account coordinator. Booth comes to IGPR with vast experience in social media marketing, public relations and corporate communications.
“I’m excited to be a part of such a dynamic team of professionals,” Booth said. “With my experience in social media marketing, I hope to bring a new perspective and level of support to the wide variety of clients served by The Impact Group.”
As an account coordinator, Booth will be responsible for supporting the needs of multiple clients, including writing press releases, web content and advertising copy, building media relationships and coordinating projects with the design staff. She will also be responsible for creating innovative ideas for clients and supporting their social media strategies.
Booth’s marketing background ranges across many different industries. Most recently, she held the role of digital PR manager for global flooring manufacturer Tarkett. Prior to her time with Tarkett, Booth served as corporate communications specialist for retailer Jo-Ann Fabric and Craft Stores. While there, she successfully created and lead the company’s cause marketing and charitable giving platform. Booth is a graduate of the University of Mount Union in Alliance, Ohio.
“Having a strong background in multiple areas including B2B, B2C, retail and non-profit marketing, I will bring a high level of understanding to support our many clients’ unique and individual needs.” Booth said.
A native of northeast Ohio, Booth grew up in Hudson. Booth currently lives with her husband and dog in Stow. In her free time, she enjoys cooking, decorating her home and spending time with her family.
