Day Ketterer is pleased to announce that Paul B. Hervey, Zachary B. White and Jeffrey A. Hall have recently joined the Firm.
Paul B. Hervey joins Day Ketterer as a member, practicing in the area of Domestic Relations and Family Law. Hervey assists clients in a variety of matters including divorce, dissolution, child custody, and child support. Hervey’s extensive domestic relations experience encompasses the dissolution of a marriage, to high net worth dollar divorce cases successfully defended all the way to the Ohio Supreme Court.
In addition to his law practice, Hervey is an active member of the community and currently serves on the Board of Governors for the Ohio State Bar Association, as treasurer of the Perry Youth Basketball Association and on the Perry Local Schools Strategic Financial Planning Committee.
Hervey received his Juris Doctor from Case Western Reserve School of Law in 1994 and his Bachelor of Arts from Franklin and Marshall College in 1991. Prior to joining Day Ketterer, Hervey was an attorney at the law firm Fitzpatrick, Zimmerman & Rose Co., LPA. Hervey’s office is located in the Firm’s downtown Canton location.
Zachary B. White joins the Firm as an associate. White received his Juris Doctor from the University of Minnesota Law School in 2016, where he served as Ombudsman in the Student Conflict Resolution Center. White also served as Student Director of the University’s Moot Court Team. White is a member of the Stark County Bar Association and is admitted to practice in the State of Ohio. Prior to joining Day Ketterer, White served as a student attorney with the United States Department of Homeland Security and was a summer law clerk with the United States Air Force JAG Corps. He received his Bachelor of Arts, summa cum laude, in Political Science from Youngstown State University in 2013. White’s office is located in the Firm’s downtown Canton location.
Jeffrey A. Hall, an Associate with the Firm, rounds out the recent additions to Day Ketterer. Hall practices in the area of Estate Planning and Probate Administration. He received his Juris Doctor from The Ohio State University Moritz College of Law in 2013, where he served as Staff Editor for The Ohio State Business Law Journal. He is a member of the Akron, Ohio, and Stark County Bar Associations and is admitted to practice in the State of Ohio. Prior to joining Day Ketterer, Hall served as a Fiduciary Advisor at PNC Bank in Akron and as an Associate Attorney at the law firm AlerStallings. Hall received his Bachelor of Science degree in Psychology and Business Management from The University of Akron in 2009. Hall maintains an office in both the Firm’s downtown Canton and Hudson locations.
