Rick Taylor, president of Ratliff & Taylor, a career transition and executive search firm, will speak to job seekers at Hudson Job Search's Sept. 19 meeting.
Taylor's topic is "Job Search 401: Tips and Techniques for the Experienced Job Seeker." He will discuss what works, what doesn't work, and some of the more humorous and unique ways that job seekers have used to obtain positions. He will include information on networking, outplacement and executive searches.
Rick has devoted 30+ years to assisting people in career transition with a focus on talent acquisition and has held numerous leadership positions with Northeast Ohio Human Resource Planning Society and the Society for Human Resource Management.
Hudson Job Search meetings take place the first and third Monday evenings of each month in the parish hall of Christ Church Episcopal, 21 Aurora St.; park behind the church and enter the rear entrance.
