Hudson Conservatory Ballet adds teacher

Hudson Conservatory of Ballet announced the addition of Liz Catterlin to the staff.

Catterlin graduated Manga Cum Laude from The University of Akron receiving a bachelor's degree in dance with a business minor. During her academic career, she performed works by Doug Varone, Alexandra Beller, Paul Taylor and David Parsons. Catterlin studied in many areas of the arts including acting, improvisation, modern, jazz, contemporary, lyrical, tap, ballet, pointe, hip hop and acrobatics.

A teacher and choreographer of contemporary, modern and lyrical, she has worked with dozens of studios throughout the Midwest and east coast. Catterlin is the owner of "Turn It Around" tour, a performing arts convention for dancers, singers and actors.

HCB directors Eric Carvill and Sunita Joshi hope dancers join the rapidly growing program. Fall classes begin Sept. 2, 2014. For information on all class offerings, call 330-474-0813 or email the studio at hcballet@hudsonconservatory.com
