Phil Stella, of Effective Training and Communication will speak on “Determining the Ideal Job for You ” at the Aug. 18, 2014 meeting of Hudson Job Search. At this meeting the participants will begin the process of identifying their workplace skills and passions and the objective and subjective description of the ideal next employer. They’ll also discuss where and how to find those employers. Additionally, Stella will review “How to Prepare your 30-second Commercial.”
Phil Stella is a veteran of over 25 years in the communications and training fields, Stella works with clients as a trainer, speaker, consultant and coach. He also produces corporate videos and writes articles for several business and association publications. A popular speaker, he has delivered dozens of workshops on networking for association events around the country. He also teaches communication courses at the University of Phoenix, Cleveland Campus and serves as a freelance career coach with CareerCurve.
