Learn about hiring side's perspective March 17

Published:

Would you like to ask questions of the hiring manager or human resource person just before going into an interview? Things like "What impresses you the most in the first 2-5 minutes?" or "What is really going to get my resume a second look?" These are all the things people can ask speakers at the March 17 meeting of Hudson Job Search entitled "Job Search from the Hiring Sides Perspective."

The Talent Acquisition team from Jo-Ann Fabric and Craft Stores will be participating in a panel discussion of important job search perspectives from the employer side of the job search. Jo-Ann Fabric and Craft Stores employs more than 20,000 team members and operates nearly 800 stores in 49 states, three distribution centers, and a corporate Stores Support Center here in Hudson.

The HJS meeting will start with sign-in at 7:15 p.m. at Christ Church Episcopal, 21 Aurora St. Hudson, OH 44236. The meeting is free and open to the public and offers an opportunity for networking. Dress is business casual. For further information call 330-653-5322.
