Mike Perry will discuss what it takes, from the perspective of a hiring manager, to make the kind of impression during an interview that will give you a great chance to be moved along to the next stage in the hiring process.
Interviewing topics to be discussed: Preparation - How to get ready and avoid being a nervous wreck; customizing the interview; S.T.A.R.s - The strategy for demonstrating why you are "the one"; your questions - what you should (and should not) ask the interviewer; the question - the question that will set you apart from the competition; and follow up strategies.
