pizzaBOGO Hudson to give away 100 free pizzas

pizzaBOGO of Hudson will be giving away 100 free personal pan size cheese pizzas in honor of national Pi (π) day, March 14. On March 12, 2009 Congress passed House Bill 224 recognizing March 14th as national Pi (π) day.π, the Greek symbol, is the ratio of the circumference of a circle to it's diameter, 3/14th. π (Pi) is a recurring constant that has been studied throughout history and is central to mathematics as well as science and engineering. "National Pi day has some significance for pizzaBOGO Hudson," says owner and Hudson resident, Greg Getzinger.

"March celebrates my anniversary of owning pizzaBOGO as well as the worlds most recognized shape, the round pizza. I plan to make National π (Pi) day an annual pizzaBOGO event ." Donations will be accepted for the free personal pan piazzas. The donations will go to Big Brothers and Sisters of Summit and Medina counties.
