Keller Williams reports record growth
Keller Williams Realty in Northeast Ohio celebrated its 10th anniversary with record growth in a variety of areas. While the company opened its first office in the area 10 years ago with one office and 23 sales associates, it now boasts 15 locations and close to 900 sales associates.
Keller Williams Realty marked record growth in a variety of areas as recorded by NorthEast Ohio Real Estate Exchange, a combination of multiple listing services from around the region. In 2012, the company marked more than $1.1 billion in closed volume, almost a 40 percent growth from the previous year. This was double the growth for the area recorded by NEOHREX which showed just under 22 percent growth for the year. Similarly, Keller Williams closed more than 30 percent more units in 2012 than in 2011. While NEOHREX showed more than a 3 percent loss in the number of agents in the area, the agent count at Keller Williams Realty has grown by 12 percent. For more information, visit www.kwworldwide.com.
