DAYTON, Ohio (AP) -- A 17-year-old teen accused of fatally shooting a woman near a bus stop in southwest Ohio has been indicted on a charge of aggravated murder.

The Montgomery County prosecutor's office says the Dayton youth also was indicted Tuesday on two counts of aggravated robbery and one count of attempted breaking and entering. Authorities say the boy killed 75-year-old Take Gangloff in an alleged robbery Sept 13. Her body was found on a sidewalk near the bus stop.

The teen was transferred from the juvenile court system to be tried as an adult. It could not be determined immediately whether he has an attorney.

The prosecutor's office says some of the charges relate to an attempted break-in at a loan company and an armed robbery at a gas station in September.
