Young Ohio woman remembered after remains found

VANDALIA, Ohio (AP) -- Family and friends gathered for a vigil to remember the 20-year-old woman whose remains were found in a southwestern Ohio park last week.

Dozens of people turned out in the Dayton area Sunday night to remember Aria Spradling, whose body was found last week in a Vandalia park. Officials said she was an exotic dancer who'd been missing for weeks.

The Dayton Daily News (http://bit.ly/IcyE58 ) reports that the cause of death for the Eaton woman still hasn't been determined. The coroner's office has called it "suspicious."

Spradling was last seen in late September leaving a gentleman's club where she worked. A county worker found her body decomposing in Art Van Atta Park last week.

Her funeral is Monday, and there's a benefit planned for next month to help with expenses.
