MILAN (AP) -- Parma scored late on to snatch a 1-1 draw at relegation-threatened Bologna in Serie A on Sunday.
Bologna had only won one of its past nine games but looked to have secured a vital three points thanks to Niccolo Cherubin's 44th-minute strike.
Cherubin gathered the ball from Lazaros Christodoulopoulos and spun round before firing powerfully past Antonio Mirante.
However, Parma leveled 11 minutes from time when Raffaele Palladino volleyed home Jonathan Biabiany's cross.
Jonathan Cristaldo had almost doubled Bologna's lead shortly after the hour mark but Mattia Cassani cleared off the line with Mirante beaten.
Bologna moved provisionally three points clear of the relegation zone, while Parma remained in the Europa League spots but is only three points above seventh-placed Lazio which visits Napoli later.
