MANCHESTER, England (AP) -- Manchester United will prepare for next season by going on tour to the United States.
No details have been announced, but United says it will visit several cities on its first U.S. trip since 2011.
Plans for the tour might be disrupted if David Moyes' side has to take part in the early qualifying stages of the Europa League in early August.
The English Premier League champions are struggling in their first season since Alex Ferguson retired, sitting seventh in the standings, seven points behind the Champions League qualification places.
United is listed on the New York Stock Exchange and owned by the Glazer family.
